NewVillager isn't just another music group. Along with music, they also have drawings, lectures, books, animations, and other media that they mix together to create a unique performance. Although they've been around for two years already, rumor has it that their first full length album will drop in the first third of 2011. What they create with music is a sound that's part Beatles and part Wolf Parade backed with beats that take just as much from electropop as they do r&b. Its a new kind of pop music, and while they've been making quite a name for themselves in San Francisco and New York, expect their name to become relative to every hipster household once their full length drops.
